Change the batteries. All remote controls are fitted with batteries that must be changed every year. We recommend you change all three AAA 1.5 Volt Alkaline batteries (do not use rechargeable batteries). If your remote control has a display, we recommend replacing the batteries if they are more than 12 months old. If your remote control is still not working, your air conditioner may need to be serviced. Contact one of our service agents or your installer.
